1. Sip a cocktail on the patio at twelve

This historic train conducts several rides each day of the week where passengers can soak in views of the Maine coastline along the Eastern Prom and learn about the history of the narrow gauge railway.
4. Enjoy an Ice cream on Peaks Island
One of the many islands of Casco Bay, Peaks Island is home to biking and walking trails, two public beaches, and delicious ice cream to enjoy after a long day of exploring the island.
5. See live music at Thompson’s Point

7. Portland Head Light
Portland Head Light is the oldest lighthouse in the state of Maine, and arguably the most picturesque. The lighthouse resides next to Fort Williams Park, a great spot for walking, kite flying, picnics and more, and the keeper’s house has been transformed into a museum and gift shop.
8. Explore the Old Port
The old port is where you will find some of Portland’s best dining and shopping. Foodies will delight in the array of award-winning restaurants and you will be sure to find the perfect keepsake at one of the many local businesses. 9. L.L. Bean Flagship Store
Take a short ride over to Freeport, Maine to see the L.L. Bean Flagship Store! Here, you can pick up a pair of Bean Boots and feel like a true New Englander. Be sure to snap a photo with their iconic boot statue out front while you are there!
10. Lobster Rolls
There’s nothing quite like Maine lobster. Whether you prefer cold lobster salad, or a hot buttery roll, it is sure to delight!
