We deliver packages to your vessel twice a day (approximately 11am and 3pm). If you are not there to receive at that time, or would like to collect your parcel, please call the office 207-517-4860

APPROACH DIRECTIONS
COORDINATES: N 43° 39’44” W 70° 14’29”
VHF CHANNEL: 10
Directions from Casco Bay/Portland Head Light (From South East): Approach from Portland Headlight, Proceed through the channel between Cushing Island and South Portland with South Portland on the Port Side. Keeping Bug Light and Green Can #5 to port proceed straight in. Compass heading should read roughly 315º NW. Arrive at the marina to the right of Ocean Gateway Terminal.
Directions from Falmouth (From the North East): Start with compass heading reading roughly 240º SW, proceed towards Portland, passing Mackworth Island on the starboard side and Great Diamond Island port side. As you continue you will pass Fort Gorges on the port side. Proceed roughly 270º W. Arrive at the Marina on the Starboard side before you pass the Ocean Gateway Terminal.
Directions from South Portland/Old Port (From the West): Starting near or under the bridge to South Portland, continue traveling East through the channel with the Old Port on the Port side and South Portland on the starboard side. Arrive at the marina once you pass the metal walkway from Ocean Gateway Terminal.

PARKING/LAND DIRECTIONS/LINK
Instructions for taxi/uber/grocery deliveries:
Follow Commercial St with the water being on the right side of your vehicle.
Continue straight onto Thames Street and into the Portland Foreside Development complex. Sun Life Financial will be on your left, the Portland Company building will be on your right.
Meet your driver in the zone to the right of the parking lot just after the Portland Company and before the parking gate
If you casually stroll, it is a ten-minute walk into town.
The parking lot is managed by Portland Foreside Development Group. Hourly parking may be purchased at the kiosk as you enter the lot for $5/hr, $40 max/day. Swipe your credit card upon entering and then again on the way out.

Upon departure, return key cards in box on main gangway or to dock attendant. $30 fee per lost/unreturned card.
Exiting the Marina Basin: Gates open by waiving your hand on the sensor box by the exit -
Main Gangway Gate: railing to your left
Crew Commons Exit: at the top of the gangway to the right
Main Walkway: to the right on DockHouse deck post
Entering the Marina: From the pedestrian walkway gates are unlocked by placing your keycard in front of the card reader on the gate.
Bathroom Codes: To access the bathrooms on shore, use the following code: Hit 2+4 together, then 3
Laundry: Please see attendant in the DockHouse to pay for and reserve your laundry slot.

All contractors must provide a certificate of insurance indicating a minimum General Liability of $1,000,000 and listing PF Marina, LLC DBA Fore Points Marina as an additional insured.
All contractors must check-in and out at the marina office.
PYS or a vessel representative must escort the contractor to and from the vessel.
